By joining the Cookie A Sock Club, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license for one user to download and store sock patterns and cookie recipes in digital format for personal use only. This material may not be shared, copied, transmitted or otherwise distributed.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund requests must be emailed to cookieasockclub@gmail.com and include the full name, paypal email address and mailing address. Within 48 hours of purchase, sock club memberships may be cancelled for a full refund. After 48 hours of purchase and before January 10, refunds are subject to a $30 processing fee. After January 10, sock club memberships are non-refundable. Memberships cancelled due to violation of license or terms will not be eligible for a refund.
Questions, issues and complaints
Members agree to direct any club-related questions, issues or complaints to cookieasockclub@gmail.com and to allow at least 2 business days for a response before posting in a public forum.
Address changes
Members must notify the Cookie A Sock Club of address changes at least 30 days prior to shipment.
Exclusivity
The sock club patterns will be exclusive to sock club members for 1 year from release date.
