If you are a member of the 2012 Cookie A Sock Club and your address has changed, please email cookieasockclub AT gmail DOT com with your previous address, new address, date of move, email address, and Ravelry username.
If you have joined the 2013 Cookie A Sock Club and want to enter your address information, please use the form here.
Change of address notification must be received at least one month prior to shipping date. If you are unable to put in an address notification in time, please request mail forwarding through your local post office.
